As an Analytics Manager and Data Architect, Jared leads a team of analysts and keeps a hands-on approach with the latest data technologies. Supporting a strong team internally and engaging regularly with the community, Jared blends the technical skills of data architecture, Tableau Server administration, and team leadership with positive and passionate energy.

Responsibilities
Designing, scoping, and implementing BI system strategies.
Serving as a key point of contact on BI and analytics issues.
Simultaneously overseeing multiple projects and BI developers in multiple locations.
Doing hands-on development and serving as a technical expert in Tableau, SQL Server, and related technologies.
Creating dashboard design documents and training materials as well as providing hands-on training to the organization and community.
Actively engaged in the community online and in the greater Grand Rapids area.
Staying abreast of and helping teams capitalize on trends in the BI and analytics industry.
